Project Management

Our approach to account management is to foster a partnership, working as part of the client team to achieve the required objectives. Our service is based upon developing a genuine understanding of the client’s business - its marketing and communications strategies, competitive environment and commercial priorities.

Achieving this result depends upon the development of trust between the client and the consultancy which is built up through frequent and open communication. Modern communications have brought greater efficiencies to account management. Meetings can be effectively supplemented with communication by telephone, fax and e-mail. Tele-conferencing facilities can also be utilised.

We manage our projects to suit our clients needs, however, for most major projects Bubble expect to play a full part in the planning and development which can include all or some of the following:

• Conduct introductory meetings with key staff, managers and other external agencies
• Review the business, confirm strategy and priorities
• Review previous marketing activity to determine what has been successful whilst implementing new key strategy to build for the future
• Identify essential third parties including agents, jv partners, builders, local authorities
• Confirm communications objectives and prioritise
• Undertake regular contact (by telephone and meeting) with relevant staff, working closely with each project to identify new opportunities
• Attend a formal account progress meeting
• Visit site operations, as appropriate
• Liaison with agents, builders, architects, local authorities and jv partners
• The delivery of essential marketing activities such as newsletters & brochure materials, liaison with or instruction to other marketing consultancies
• Provide strategic advice as required
• Maintain regular contact and positive relations with relevant staff
• Conduct six monthly reviews and confirm future strategy
