Terms and Conditions

• Should the client not already own their own domain name then Bubble will be happy to handle the purchase of the desired domain name by way of a one off registration charge of £20.00.
• An annual renewal fee of (£10.00 .co.uk, £20.00 .com) will be charged for renewal of the client's domain name.
• Bubble will build and host your website for an agreed minimum term of 24 months under all options.
• Registration costs are all payable in advance of work carried out by Bubble.
• Hosting costs are charged monthly in advance.
• The start date of your hosting will be from the date Bubble receives your signed order form as this will be required to build your web site.
• Extra pages can be added over and above the option limits at a cost of £40.00 per page.
• Website amends on all options are charged at £40.00 per hour or part thereof.
• Following the initial 24months term all options will continue to roll at monthly intervals.
• Should a client wish to take a website to another host then under all options the contract must be paid up in full.
• All websites shall remain the property of Bubble until any release fees (individually agreed) have been paid.
• All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• During busy periods all clients are advised of a 6 week lead time.
• Preferred payment method is by standing order on the 15th of each month.
